This light roast is named after the farm, Finca Monte Cielo, which has been in the Navarro family for three generations.

Roast: Light

Whole Bean

Process: Washed

Variety: Cuscatleco

Altitude: Grown 900 meters above sea level.

Origin: Finca Monte Cielo, in Ciudad Arce, La Libertad, El Salvador.

Producer: Nelson & Silvia Navarro with Finca Monte Cielo

Preferred Brewing Method: Pour over or French press.

TASTING NOTES:

Like most Navarro Coffee Co. roasts, it still has nuttier notes with flavors of honey, orange, almond, and butterscotch.
